Shop Hours:
GiroPoste is a specialty operation,
and hours are a little different than the traditional 9-5 retail
store hours. However, we've tried to tailor our hours to meet
the needs of cyclists across North America. Store hours (Eastern
Standard Time) are:
- Tue, Thur and Fri: 6 pm-10 pm
Saturday:
2 pm-8 pm
(Please adjust these hours to your
local time zone)
- Sun, Mon and Wed: CLOSED (hey, we have to ride too!!)
We are also CLOSED: ALL Canadian statutory holidays, Christmas/New
Years week and assorted race days. Off-site supplier meetings
and trade related events. may require impromptu part-day closures.

Payment is as simple as one-two-three!
Ordering by email (giro@pathcom.com)
is the fastest, but phone orders are always welcome. When ordering
from anywhere in North America outside of Toronto, take advantage
of our toll free number 1-800-435-GIRO.
International (outside of North America) and local orders are
as easy as calling 1-905-274-5551. You will be quoted the
total cost of your order (in Canadian dollars) at the time of
ordering.
Payment by VISA:
1. Call in your order with VISA and shipping details.
If you would prefer to email this info, PLEASE break the Visa
details into 3 consecutive messages.
2. You will receive a total
price including shipping.
3. Upon clearance of payment
by VISA (including full authorization), your order will be shipped
within 24 hours.
Payment by PAYPAL: (www.paypal.com)
1. Email your order with shipping details.
2. You will receive stock
confirmation and a total price including shipping.
3. Remit
payment (in Canadian $) to PAYPAL account: giro@pathcom.com
4. Upon clearance of payment
by PAYPAL, your order will be shipped within 24 hours.
Payment by Money Order, Cashiers
Cheque or Personal Cheque (Canada only)
1. Call in your order.
2. You will receive a total
price including shipping.
3. Send payment with shipping

Shipping and Returns:
Shipping costs are straight-up - no "extra-padding".
If it costs us a buck to ship, we won't charge you a penny more!
If a shipping charge ends up being more than you are quoted,
we'll eat the difference!
____Standard shipping costs are
quoted at the time of ordering, and usually range between $6
and $10 on Canadian Orders depending on how far you are from
us. Items shipped by Expresspost in Canada, generally take a
couple of business days. International Orders are shipped by
Air Mail or Insured Parcel Post (by request). Shipping costs
on international orders will be quoted at the time of order inquiry.
Courier orders (Fed-Ex) can also be arranged at time of ordering.
PLEASE NOTE:
Orders shipped out of country may
be subject to Customs duty charges at the port of entry.
____If you receive something
that is defective, or doesn't fit, just return it to us in its
original packing within ten days, with a copy of your receipt,
for a full refund, credit or exchange.
____If you receive an item and you're
not happy with it, return it to us postage paid, in its original
packing within ten days with a copy of your receipt for a full
credit or exchange. It's that simple!
____Please note that we cannot accept
returns on clothing that has been worn or soiled in any way,
or goods that have been damaged as a result of improper installation
or use. Goods will be accepted for credit or exchange up to 60
days from date of purchase provided packing and equipment is
in original condition. Goods returned for credit or exchange
after 10 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
____GiroPoste cannot assume responsibility
for goods which are damaged or lost in transit. Claims must be
reported to your shipper immediately. Please retain all original
packing and order details when filing a claim.
____GiroPoste
believes in being environmentally responsible and recycles packing
material.

Important notice to all GiroPoste Customers
Recreation and sport cycling
and cycle racing are inherently dangerous activities with significant
risk. To lessen risk of personal injury or damage, cycling equipment
should always be assembled and fitted by qualified personnel
according to manufacturers specifications, and used according
to instruction. If in doubt please contact the manufacturer.
Equipment should also be maintained according to manufacturers
specification and regularly inspected for potential fatigue,
excessive wear or possible failure points. The purchaser assumes
all responsibility for installation, use and maintenance of equipment
bought from GiroPoste.
___Warranties
and guarantees for equipment obtained through GiroPoste are those
supplied by the manufacturer or original distributor. No additional
warranties or guarantees, implied or written, are provided by
GiroPoste.

Pricing:
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. For non-credit card
orders to the United States, conversion to $US will be made at
current exchange rates.
PLEASE NOTE: Visa converts
on the DAY OF SALE, at THEIR rates.
We endeavour to keep our prices stable
as possible (less than 20 percent of stock items have
had a price increase since 1995). However, due to international
monetary fluctuations beyond our control, we reserve the right
to change prices without notice.
PLEASE NOTE:
Our Order Takers are not authorized
to discount prices or conduct "price matching".

Can't Find Something?
We're always on the lookout for new and hard-to-find parts.
If you want something made by one of the manufacturers identified
in our list, just call, fax or e-mail us with the details and
we'll do our best to bring it in. In these cases special orders
usually require 1 to 8 days to fill. We also have access to a
number of other specialty manufacturers which we can bring in.

real challenge to try to bring some of this stuff to North America
but hey, we thrive on challenges!! If we can get it in, we will.
